Jury is still out: Dark chocolate (not processed stuff in the candy store) but REAL dark chocolate is believed to improve blood flow to the brain for a period of time. Other benefits may be associated such as increased serotonin and endorphin levels, may reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients, & could lower LDL (bad cholesterol) by 12-15%. I think it's early to know EXACTLY wassup-- but ENJOY all the same.
