A member asked:

Do dark chocolate help eyes and improve brain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely: There has been much nonesense written about dark chocolate mostly in relationship to a fake "journal article" designed to tap into the need for dark chocolate to be useful for more than the taste buds. Dark chocolate might have a few antioxidants inside but antioxidants as a health product is much stated with no real proof. Enjoy your chocolate but not for any presumed health benefits.
