Hard to say: Need more information about your history and type of tumor before I can comment on whether there would be any problem with fertility.

Well...: It all depends on what type of pituitary tumor and the size of it. If you have a small prolactin tumor, there will be no problems. If the tumor is large or of another kind, and you require surgery, then you are looking at a some issues trying to get pregnant. My suspicion is that it is small treatable tumor and you will be fine
