Possibly: The only way to diagnose a tumor on the pituitary gland is to obtain an MRI of the brain. There can also be suggestive signs if certain hormone levels in the body are outside of the normal range. I would advise consultation with your regular doctor to discuss your symptoms and to arrange for a possible mri.
