Ubknown: I would need much more information. A breast "adenoma" is probably meant to be a benign (non-cancerous) fibroadenoma ; would not be related to a pituitary adenoma. The biopsy will give you the information you need.

Likely these: Are unrelated...Pituitary adenomas are less common and more interesting -- can make hormones or cause "pressure"...No one can tell breast lesions until they are biopsied, but u/s gives much better clues than mammo's.
