I had direct fall on my knees in feb. had mri, pt, hour restrictions at work, and now off since may. still no relief. what is my next option?

Consult orthopod: If you had MRI you should no particular results . I see you had arthroscopic surgery. Return to doctor who did surgery to find out why you do not have relief. His examination and perhaps repeat imaging studies may give necessary information for next step.
