Male 37 w/ cll,no prior treatment. headaches, hyperreflexia, memory loss & knee right randomly gives out. mri: diffusion restriction to calvarium, parenchymal volume loss & prominence of ventricles mainly involving frontoparietal lobes. any thoughts?

Your symptoms are consistent with MRI findings with significant abnormality in the frontoparietal lobes. The disease may or may not be associated with CLL or a complication of CLL. Please follow with your neurologist for a detailed explanation because you have a significant neurological disorder. Good luck and take care.
