Rhabdomyolysis: Your immediate problem is rhabdomyolysis which can destroy your kidneys in short order by depositing myoglobin on the intake screens. You need IV fluids. Muscle breakdown that releases myoglobin is usually mechanical, not infectious or autoimmune. Myositis was probably a misdiagnosis. If the diabetes is new then you are also suffering from steroid toxicity & need to stop the prednisolone. Get help

CPK: You have mild increase in CPK, in most patients, who take oral fluids a CPK at this level should not cause kidney issues. The major issue your are facing is why to you have increased Aldolase and CPK and the biopsy was inconclusive. Suggest you see a Neurologist at a large teaching center and seek their input. Keep up with your fluid intake. Hope this helps.
