Not getting over: So sorry about the loss of your mom! Grief is a process and something to be honored. Losing a beloved parent is one of the most stressful things to go through. But it's not about getting over it. It's about incorporating the experience into your life as you move forward. A good therapist can help you with this and it's very, very important to get support, as with any crisis. Please don't suffer alone. Get support.
