It’s best to have a physical exam to know if you have an illness. If not, you could see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy for help with your anxiety and, if needed, a Psychiatrist for medication. It is best not to take medication alone but to have psychotherapy to learn coping strategies and experience healing help.

Phobia=paradox, more U try to avoid a thought U R actually thinking about it. Goal: take control of the thought. Plan a specific time, say 8:05a.m. At that time think it the full 5min. When 5min is done begin thinking of something fun. Have something ready to think about. When a thought of death catches U by surprise put it off until 8:05a.m.
