Calf issues: Could be edema making them tight and swell. Other possibilities are always a blood clot/ or phlebitis, etc. Get an eval since you appear health, and exercise regularly, yet you are still getting swelling and tightness. best wishes.

See below: If the left calf tightness is new, you should have it evaluated ASAP.
