Evaluate stockings.: Not all stockings are the same. If you are having problems with your support hose then they should be re evaluated. Stocking should fit comfortably and, if you are having a problem, then you should have them checked and , perhaps, you may need a custom made stocking pair.The GSV reflux should not cause the tightness.
