Not always EZ 2 fix.: I'm afraid that finding the cause for your calf tightness is not as easy as one would think. There are a whole lot of thoughts as to the cause of this problem. Included reasons include muscle or nerve injury, muscle fatigue , spinal stenosis, certain types of medications and estrogen, just to name a few. The problem is that there are as many potential solutions as there are potential causes.
