I have a hard quarter sized lump on my right leg on the shin bone right above my right ankle on the tendon and i was wondering what this sounds like?

It could be : It may very well be a ganglionic cyst/ganglion. This is a common location for something like this. But there are other bony and soft tissue cyst/masses that could less commonly account for this. I would encourage you to have a physician evaluate this lesion to make sure it's not something more concerning.
