Dermatofibroma: See a dermatologist. Most likely it is a benign dermatofibroma, but there are other possible diagnoses. An exam, possibly a biopsy will be needed for the answer.

I have a hard lump on the inside of my shin bone. There is no pain or tenderness, so I do not believe it to be a bruise.
