Follow up w/ Dentist: I would suggest following up with dentist since the pain is not responding to the medications.

Dental infection: Antibiotics alone will not cure a Dental infection, only control it and reduce spread. You may need a different antibiotic, a longer course of the same antibiotic, incision and drainage, etc. To cure infection root canal or extraction will be required. Please consult with your Dentist.
