Antibiotics: Antibiotics can use GI distress. Taking 1 will not prevent spread of dental infection, you need a full course of the antibiotics for effective treatment. Know also that antibiotics alone will not "cure" a dental infection. You need specific dental treatment for that. Please see a Dentist rather than trying to self-medicate.
