Are pvc's dangerous? had skipped/extra beats for 14 years. finally caught them on ecg lastnight. dr said not to panic. but reading online says can lead to cardiac arrest and heart failure etc. freaking out so bad?

Occasional PVCs are very common and are usually not dangerous. If they are frequent, they can cause irregularities in the heart rhythm, however. You should talk to your doctor about the frequency of your PVCs and whether there is any concern in your clinical situation. Good luck.
