I have been taking celexa (citalopram) for about a yr. recently feel hopeless, have anxiety some days, and trouble falling asleep. what should i do?

Your symptoms are consistent with recurrence of a depression (with anxiety). beforeyour symptoms get any worse, call your MD straight away so that adjustments to your treatment plan (which may include changing to a new SSRI, or other new med) can get underway ASAP! be well!
