Variable: This can be a confusing issue, because in some people Celexa (citalopram) can cause tremors itself. You are very early in taking it though, and it sounds like you started with tremors before the celexa (citalopram)? This medicine takes at least 4-6 weeks or longer to show what it's going to do for you. Please discuss with your doctor.

May help anxiety : Your tremors if due to anxiety may respond to Celexa and clonazepam. It may not respond if benign intention tremor will be more likely to respond to Inderal (propranolol) or primodine. You may need to see movement specialist.
