'm 20 years old male and have osgood schlatter disease, that mean my growth plate is still open ?

Probably NOT: Osgood Schlatter's disease generally is a problem of 13 year olds. It does not involve the lengthwise growth plates but the "tibial tuberosity" which is the more prominent bump on the front just below the joint itself. Male growth plates are usually closed before females and should certainly be well closed by 20. If still having pain, it should be evaluated for other causes

No relation: Osgood-Schlatter disease affects tibial tuberosity, not the growth plate of tibia.
