A member asked:

Growth spurt, could i have osgood schlatter's disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Osgood-Schlatter: This disorder is not uncommon in teens going through rapid growth. So if you are a teen and have been growing lots recently, certainly could develop os. Pain is at the bony prominence on your tibia (lower leg bone) just below the knee. More common in athletes, but can happen to any teen. Use ice and Ibuprofen when symptoms are acting up, and if persists despite that, see your doc.
