Absolutely.: The most common thigh problem is patellofemoral syndrome especially in females. Usually X-ray may be used to rule out other causes of knee pain. Physical therapy to help strengthen quadricep muscles is the mainstay of treatment. Consult your primary doctor or orthopedist for an evaluation if not done already.
