Molluscum? Warts?: Could be molluscum contagiosum, a pretty common viral skin issue in children. Not worrisome, but they do often take months to years to resolve. Also, could be common warts. Again, not serious and not terribly contagious. If they are not bothering her, not to worry. If so, have her doctor take a look to make sure it is nothing more. Over the counter Compound W can help sometimes.
