Not enough info: There are many causes of tingling in feet. It is generally due to nerve irritation of some kind. If this is first time you are having this issue it could be due to prolonged walking in poorly fitting shoes. If it is recurrent problem then it could be form nreve irritation in your back or disc herniation. other reason can be peripheral neuropathy due to complication of Diabetes or other diseases.

Maybe: Someone your age, even with the described activity should not be getting numbness and tingling in legs and feet. If a one time occurrence, do nothing. If it continues, see your PCP or orthopedist for evaluation. You possibly could have tarsal tunnel, a lumbar spine issue, or some other neuropathic process going on.
