Foot type?: Sometimes your foot type will have something to do about it. For example, those with flat feet or people who hyper pronate will often have tired feet at the end of the day. Try standing up and looking at your foot to determine what kind of arch you have. This needs to be done standing. If you notice you pronate or foot moves into a more flatter position try wearing an arch support.

Comfortable shoes : Don't always translate into biomechanically sound shoes for your foot type. Check and see if your feet hyperpronate or flatten when you stand, if they do you need an arch support or orthotic.
