Late period/freq bm: Well. 2 days is not that bad, but if you have had unprotected sex often, then check a preg test to be safe. You may want to get back on Birth control to avoid the worry. Worry and stress in and of itself, if you have not dramatically changed your diet, can lead to frequent BM's. Best wishes.
