Hello. today i have had period type pains most of the day and have had increased bowel movement for the last two days. i'm 24 weeks today with twins?

Can be normal: Changes in bowel frequency common in pregnancy as GI tract is more sensitive. So long as no watery diarrhea it's okay that you have increased bowel movements. In terms of period type pains, these cramps could be related to GI/stomach or they could be related to your uterus. Since you're at viability I would go to L&D to be checked out to make sure that cramping isn't preterm labor.
