Impacted ear wax: cleaning ears with cotton swab could push the wax back causing further occlusion or coul ruptur your esr drum. If wax cleaned it may take a few days to hear well. If unable to hear may need an ENT

Clogged ear: It is possible that the cleaning pushed wax against your ear drum. You may need to see your doctor and have the cerumen removed.
