A member asked:

I''ve been filling tingling and numbness in both ears. my doctor said their was no ear wax but my ears look inflamed so i have been given otocomb otic ear drops. the drops are clogging up my ears and i can barely hear. is this normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Otocomb: Otocomb ear drops are quite effective for the treatment of otitis externa(inflammation/infection of the ear canal). Apparently you don't have this problem or build-up of earwax. If you haven't been examined by an Otolaryngologist, see one. If you have already been seen by one, get a second opinion by a neurootolaryngologist at the department of otolayngology at a university hospital near you.
