I just used a cotton bud in my ear and went to far, it sounded like a bang and now it keeps bleeding, do i need a doctor or can i help myself?

See your Doctor: The cotton end must have come off and the wooden tip sounds like it tore through the lining of the ear canal, thats why there is blood. It could also have torn the ear drum which is a bigger deal. The skin in both places is quite fragile and bleeds easily. This is worth a trip to the doctor to remove and access the injury. You may need antibiotic drops or pills.
