Painful Sores: You may have an infection of the surgical site. You need to go back to your doctor ASAP.

What kind of implant: Breast implant would be most common at your age. Need to consult surgeon ASAP, could be an infection or related to your latex allergy if surgeon or assistant wore latex gloves, or latex came into contct with implant. Same applies to any other kind of implant. Hope it dose not need 2B removed. Responsibility of surgeon to take care of this without charge.
