Don't give up!!!: Your body is at a plateau - this is a weight that is it's current "set point". It can take a while to get off that plateau. Be sure your calorie intake is low enough to actually lose weight. Increase the exercise a little bit too. I really like the website called "My Fitness Pal". It has helped me get a handle on my calories in and out when I'm stuck on a plateau. Good luck!

Weight loss: If you exercise and burn off more calories than you take in, you would have to lose weight. try counting calories and exercising so that you accomplish this fact. Slowly, you should start to see results. Best wishes.
