Yes: With pcos your periods are irregular and so is your ovulation, therefore you can ovulate and become pregnant, but it will happen less often than the general population of women.

Yes. If you ovulate.: Any premenopausal woman could potentially conceive even if her periods are irregular. A spontaneous ovulation could occur and unprotected intercouse could lead to pregnancy. Your weight may be affecting your ovulatory status as well. Strive for a normal bmi between 19-25.
