Not horrible: Reversible ischemia is better than irreversible. You likely have plaque in one or more of your Coronary Arteries that is causing low blood flow to a particular part of u'r heart muscle during Stress=increase in metabolic demand and work for the heart. The Cath is the key, and they can correct the situation during the cath most of the time. There are exceptions where they would refer u to surgeon.
