I just had a nuclear stress test and one of the conclusions was: small size mild intensity reversible perfusion defect of the inferoapical segment with extension into the lateral apical segment consistent with ischemia. what does that mean?

It sounds like part of your heart is not perfusing with blood. No permanent damage yet but needs to be evaluated and treated to prevent a myocardial infarction in the future.
