A few items.: Sometimes sleep is an issue, and stress plays a heavy role, but meds can create cognitive compromise. Might try a "medical food" such as Cerefolin-NAC or phosphatidyl serine, or even alpha lipoic acid? B vits may be very useful if defiency or high homocysteine.
