Sleep is vital for any memory formation and learning. Studies have shown that those students that get healthy amounts of sleep do better at retention, learning and memory skills. Most young people are in the habit of staying up late and then have sleepiness in the morning. Try to get to sleep by 11pm if you are required to wake up before 8am.
