A different option: The military is now training their acupuncturists to treat PTSD and traumatic brain injuries through a variety of types of acupuncture. It can be helpful - but you would need to find an acupuncturist who has that particular skill set.

There really : Aren't any but you could try alps lipoid acid 100 mg a day but don't expect miracles. Get an eval if worried as you are really young . There could be something wrong

Healthy diet: Excercise and brain games like puzzles, learning new things will help improve memory. Most other claims of supplements improving memory in people without deficiency have conflicting scientific data
