Went to er 3 days ago (fever 102 & headache). i have sinus infection-zpack. i am tired and sweating a lot at night. is the sweating normal?

Not normal, but: not unexpected, especially if you have high fever. Take tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen for fever control, and, if you are not better in 2 or 3 more days, it is time to see an ENT specialist.
