I am an adult and both of my ears ache. what are the symptoms of ear infections. i have no fever but have a slight sinus headache.?

By looking : Ear pain may just indicate fluid in the ear. If you have fever that may suggest you have ear infection. Motrin (if you are not allergic) would help with ear ache. But the only way to know is to have a doctor take a look at your ear drums.
