Sinusitis: In my experience, Z-pack does not treat any real bacterial infection, especially not acute sinusitis or Otitis, or Pharyngitis, Laryngitis or Bronchitis, unless it was viral to begin with in which case it was just the placebo effect until your body fought off the virus. Please return to your doctor and ask for a real antibiotic that has coverage for Strep, Staph, H. Flu, and M. Cat like Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate).
