See your doc: If you have sinus infection symptoms past 2 weeks not responding to zithromax, you may need to see your doctor to confirm acute sinusitis. You may need a different antibiotic. A fever lasting 2 weeks is unusual. Symptom relief may also be provided from pain medications, decongestants, and nasal saline.

Sinus infection: I would recommend you speak with your physician and let them know that your symptoms have not responded to zithromax. I would also recommend doing sinus rinses and may have a infection that is resistant to zithromax. A culture obtained from the nose may hold the key.
