Infection: It may be viral but it could be bacterial as well.You might see your doctor for a throat culture to rule out strep.At the same time your doctor can check to see if you have the flu.

Hello, I have a 14 year old daughter and she seems to be having dizzy spells, headaches and fatigue, but no fever?
