Infection: It may be viral but it could be bacterial as well.You might see your doctor for a throat culture to rule out strep.At the same time your doctor can check to see if you have the flu.

Had toothache past 2 days & subsided. Now feeling fatigue, nausea after eating, jittery, headache. No fever. Wasn't able to eat during tooth pain.
Had severe headaches past 2 days. Slept on and off all day yesterday. Headache finally gone but now feeling disoriented, loss of appetite, frequent urge to urinate despite not drinking much fluids, fatigue, light headed & queasy at times. No fever.
