I have my 79 yrs old uncle who have a non healing wound since 2011, on the medial side of his left ankle..is there any cure? he is nondiabetic.

Very individualized: situation. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, AND... bad circulation, bad nutrition, chronic irritation at a particular spot (bad shoe fit for example) are some of the potentially Reversible causes of chronic wounds.
