Difficult to say: It's a difficult situation to answer without knowing more specifics. It's possible that the particular cardiac enzyme is nonspecific and actually related to damage to your grandfather's muscles. It is possible that the fall was related to damage to his heart or stress after the fall. Remember not all damage is a frank heart attack in the blocked blood vessel sense. Best of luck.
