6 weeks post op for hip arthroplasty and working through a diverticulitis flare. recent blood work shows sed rate of 17 and c reactive protein of 24.3. could these numbers be from surgery or diverticulitis? rest of blood work was normal?

5 weeks post op for hip arthroplasty and currently taking aspirin 81mg. Also started having a diverticulitis flare. Is it bad to be taking the aspirin during a flare? I take it to prevent blood clots but only for another week?
