Fainting cold sweat: Consider neurocardiogenic (vasovagal) syncope work up. If all is negative consider endocrine or neurology (unlikely cause) work up.

Other causes: Would doubt cardiac cause given all normal studies at your age. Other causes should be checked. Any severe pain can cause cold sweats, light-headedness and even fainting in a susceptible person.
