Unlikely relation: If you are having true vertigo, ie a distinct spinning sensation it is slightly less likely that clenching of the jaw and hand movement are the causes. With a previous history of headache, atypical migraines are a possibility as are issues with decreasing blood flow to the brain which would occur anytime one strains or exerts oneself. TMJ dysfunction is not known as a common cause of true vertigo.

Displacement: You may have some joint dysfunction. Vertigo associated with TMD is not uncommon. 2 suggestions: 1) See your Dentist to evaluate your joints and your occlusion. Orthodontic and/or Oral Surgical consultations may be in order, and 2) Stop leaning on your hand.
