Been suffering from tmj disorder for the past 7-8 monthsdue to teeth grinding, my teeth would hurt,started wearing a night guard, teeth were completely all these months until recently,extreme jaw pain, got better with meds, but how can i fix this?

It will be best if you can see an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with experience in managing TMD. There are several procedures which could be done for relieving the chronic pain so you do not have to rely on daily medications (trigger point muscle injections, botulinum toxin injections, intraarticular injections, or surgery, such as arthrocentesis, arthroscopy, arthroplasty or TMJ reconstruction)

You have been treating symptoms. What you need to do is determine cause and treat the cause(s). You need to see dents-facial pain specialist. See an Oral Pathologist, an Oral Surgeon, or an Orthodontist, any of which can begin the diagnostic process.
